This is a Custom Mobile Responsive Web Design for a Southern California real estate company. This website was designed for a small team of luxury home specialists located in Southern California. The site includes many custom features. You will find Market pages (sales trends), Buyer’s and Seller’s Section, Resources, also an Investor’s section. We also built a Blog, a Contact page, a Company page, and finally a special Community section. IMCD has fully integrated IDX into this design using iHomefinder’s Eureka Property Search and Market Pages with all their lead capturing mechanisms. This website was developed with a clean spacious architectural design and glossy transparent headers. The goal was to create an easy to navigate, beautiful mobile friendly design with lots negative space. This was done to reflect their luxury home market while appealing to high net worth investor clientele.
