The Keller Williams Realty Colorado Region Website. This website we developed for Keller Williams in the state of Colorado (600 real estate agents). Shortly after the site launched it was generating 15-30 leads a day (from organic search results) which was than distributed to the agents participating in the lead program. The website included a custom presentation/animation for visitors the site. The website included IMCD’s Guest Book and VIP Buyer section for generating sales leads (with round robin lead dissemination). The website also included IMCD’s interactive email Postcards (with music), a Seller section, a Buyer section, Offices Location section, KW Agent Support Section, a Real Estate Library, Real Estate Glossary, and a custom Contact form. This real estate website was built with a full custom home page and custom sub-pages, custom JavaScript roll over effect in navigation, hand coded custom HTML and custom programming for the Postcards, the Guest Book, the Contact Page and the VIP Buyer form.
